Concept and Design

Made to Measure (MTM)

Fabric Sourcing
Whether or not you have an ideal fabric/material choice of your own, we will be able to source the right ones for you from our in-house selections or from our trusted partners. We can discuss and will get your approval before proceeding to the next step.
Pattern Making
Our skillful pattern makers offer both paper flat patterns and digital patterns using software to draw and represent your designs. In addition to creating the pattern, we can also help with the digitization of your existing hard copies as well as the revision and grading of the patterns according to measurement tables.
Prototyping
Turning Ideas to Products is not an easy endeavor. It takes time, talent and a methodology to design and develop the product of tomorrow. Our team is equipped with all the modern technology to build prototypes and product samples for our clients.
Fitting
Our team can help you perfect the fit of your garments with in-house fittings. This helps make alterations more accurate, so fewer prototypes need to be tested.
Production
During this stage, we are responsible for the quality control and timeline of the production process before tagging, packaging and delivery.
Direct to Garment Printing
Direct to garment printing is a relatively new fabric printing method where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric which results in exceptional “hand” (referring to how a garment feels once the image or design comes out of the printers), and offers more flexibility than screen printing in terms of quantities, color variation and turn-around time.
